Your uploaded recordings are stored in cloud object storage. Temporary recordings on free plans can be removed automatically based on retention settings. Shared recordings are accessible to anyone with the share link until sharing is disabled or expired.
We use your data to provide account access, save and retrieve recordings, support workspace features, process billing, and improve reliability and security.
We use authentication, scoped workspace access controls, and signed download URLs to reduce unauthorized access risk. No system is perfect, and users should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless they accept this risk.
You can export account data and request account deletion from within the product. You can disable share links and remove custom domains in workspace settings.
